❌Bear Plank Shoulder Tap
❌3 Pulse Diamond Jump
Barre 30 sec x 3 sets total
❌Horse Large Range of motion
❌Horse Small Range of motion
❌Heel lifts
❌Pulse (keep) heels lifted
Block 2 – Cardio Core
30 sec each x 3 sets total (30 sec rest after each set)
❌8 Switch kicks + 1 Sprawl
❌Tabletop Sit-up
❌Wide High Knee Ab Twist
❌Twisting Mountain Climb
Barre Core 30 sec x 3 (10 sec rest after each set)
❌Set 1: Crunch, Pulse to Floor, Pulse forward
❌Set 2: repeat but with legs in tabletop
❌Set 3: repeat but with legs extended
