Warming up – 2x1min 15 sec break

❌Plank +Tap (alternate)
❌Back extentions
❌Side Plank and Open Up
❌High Plank – Low Plank 1 Side (Alternate)
❌Commandos

3 sets (45 sec each, 30 sec rest afer each set)
❌Pull-Ups (Broomstick)
❌Leg Raises ❌Slow Push-UP

Finisher – 3 sets (60 sec each, 15 sec rest after each move)
❌Push-Up + Shoulder Tap
❌Turkish Get-Up L
❌Turkish Get-Up R
